Every training center is:
- An opportunity for theoretical and practical training in all kinds of technologies
and processes used on location and in close proximity thereto - The opportunity to train fully personnel prior to sending them to the field
- Fully configured real equipment for each operation and technology set aside for training purposes exclusively
- Real time work experience
- Carrying out of the final stage of training in conditions as close as possible to real conditions in the field at the training center's test track
- Training for emergency situations which could arise at a job site
At the conclusion of the theoretical and the practical training phases, examinations are administered.
Based on the examinations results, the trainees are issued certificates valid for submission to any certification authorities.
Trainees also can be tested according to NAKS procedures and receive an industry standard certificate according to standards and procedures established by NAKS (The Russian National Agency for Inspection and Welding).
